A cold applied tape which remains plastic over a wide temperature range.
Premtape Fire Resistance consists of non-woven synthetic fibre fabric impregnated and coated with a neutral compound based on saturated petroleum hydrocarbons (petrolatum) inert fillers and non-toxic fire retardant additives.
Uses:
For the protection of buried or exposed pipes, rods, cables, valves and metal fittings from corrosion
Waterproofing of cables and thermal insulation where fire resistance is important
Service Temperature: -20°C to 70°C
